Keyvex™ 7500

Keyvex™ 7500 is an electrically insulating heat transfer fluid developed for demanding cooling applications. Designed as a direct replacement for 3M™ Novec™ 7500 Engineered Fluid, it combines high thermal stability, dielectric strength, chemical inertness and low surface tension for systems where heat transfer and electrical insulation are both required. With no flash point and PFC/PFPE-like performance characteristics, Keyvex™ 7500 is suited for advanced cooling systems in electronics, data centers, semiconductor equipment and other thermal management applications.

Applications:

Heat Transfer

Precision Cleaning

Vapor Degreasing

Immersion Cooling

  • Heat transfer in ion implanters, dry etchers, CVD systems, and semiconductor test equipment.
  • Cooling semiconductor thermal shock testing equipment.
  • Suitable for direct-contact single- and two-phase cooling of supercomputers, sensitive military electronics, high-voltage transformers, and power electronics.
  • Alternative to commonly used heat-transfer fluids in pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing processes, including freeze-drying and reactor cooling applications.
  • Excellent dielectric properties.
  • Enables effective thermal management in demanding cooling systems.
  • Supports consistent performance across a broad operating temperature range.
  • No flash point for enhanced operational safety.
