Keyvex 7100
Keyvex 7100 is methyl perfluoroisobutyl ether supplied as a clear, colorless liquid with zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and low surface tension. It is designed for use as cleaning and rinsing agent, anti-fingerprint coating solvent, and heat transfer fluid for semiconductor manufacturing processes. As a co-solvent, it enhances the performance of heavy-duty cleaning blends. Keyvex 7100 serves as an ideal replacement for CFC, HCFC, HFC and PFC.
