Keyvex™ 7100
Keyvex™ 7100 is methyl perfluoroisobutyl ether supplied as a clear, colorless liquid with zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and low surface tension. It is designed for use as a cleaning and rinsing agent, anti-fingerprint coating solvent, and heat transfer fluid for semiconductor manufacturing processes. As a co-solvent, it enhances the performance of heavy-duty cleaning blends. Keyvex™ 7100 serves as an ideal replacement for 3M™ Novec™ 7100, as well as CFC, HCFC, HFC, and PFC chemistries.
